Winery Clemens Busch Marienburg "Rothenpfad" Reserve 2019

The plot "Rothenpfad" (above the railway viaduct opposite Pünderich) is a sub-area within the Marienburg vineyard today. The soil here is very light and consists of soft, weathered red clay slate. The extremely steep terrain lacks access roads, prohibiting the use of machinery. For the vines, this means there's no soil compaction from heavy equipment, providing ideal conditions for healthy root growth.
