The Dreisiebner Stammhaus winery in southern Styria, Austria, is known for high-quality wines, including Styrian specialties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Gelber Muskateller. The Dreisiebner family runs the traditional estate with a focus on sustainability and modern cultivation methods. The wines are characterized by their freshness, intense fruitiness and elegant minerality.

Interesting facts about Riesling:

420-580 meters above sea level. South and southwest-facing vineyards, dominated by red slate.

Appealing aromas of stone fruit and herbs. Lots of structure and beautiful balance. A Riesling with a fine edge and excellent aging potential.

This wine comes from our preferred vineyards within the traditional winemaking village of Kitzeck im Sausal. With its elevated location and unique slate soils, the "Kitzeck-Sausal" area offers excellent conditions for wine cultivation. Evidently, Kitzeck-Sausal was already a significant winemaking location of the monarchy in 1763. Only selected grape varieties, which have been native to this area for decades, are developed by us into local wines.
