The vineyards of Marsannay, particularly the Perdrix site, are characterized by limestone and clay soils, known for their excellent drainage and ability to produce mineral-driven wines. These soils provide optimal conditions for Chardonnay, preserving the acidity and freshness of the grapes while fostering deep structure and complexity. The high limestone content significantly contributes to the wine's minerality and longevity.

This Marsannay Perdrix Blanc 2022 displays a brilliant straw-yellow color with golden reflections. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with an excellent balance between freshness and richness. The well-integrated acidity adds vibrancy and highlights the clarity of the fruit flavors. The light creaminess from barrel aging complements the wine’s structure without overshadowing its freshness.
