This sparkling wine originates from our preferred vineyards within the historic winegrowing village of Kitzeck im Sausal. With its elevation and unique slate soils, the area of "Kitzeck-Sausal" offers excellent conditions for wine cultivation. Historically, Kitzeck-Sausal has been a significant winegrowing location of the monarchy since 1763. We exclusively cultivate local grape varieties that have been native to the area for decades, crafting them into wines that reflect the terroir of the region.
